We are the first business in Alberta to both have Straubinger flute and Muramatsu flute certification, and you will not find anyone better trained than Joshua Adam who completed a college degree in band instrument repair, Straubinger flute and Muramatsu flute certification, multiple courses from music medic, the BSS sax repair course, and a guitar building course.

We offer a complete range of repairs and services from minor adjustments and cleaning to custom rebuilding! Including dent work, part manufacturing, refitting and rebuilding of key mechanisms, soldering parts, replacing pads, and more!
For “Quick Fixes” we have a bench minimum charge of $29.67 for small repairs.
Rush Repair Fee — $275
A rush fee will be placed on repairs that require to be completed within 5 business days. Your instrument will receive priority placement in our repair schedule, ahead of standard repairs.
All work not listed is done by estimate. We do not offer warranty on repairs below our "Pro service level".

Storage Policy
Pickup of Completed Instruments
Customers will be notified when their instrument is ready for pickup. Payment is due upon completion of the service and must be received before the instrument can be released. Completed instruments should be picked up within 21 days of the customer being notified that the instrument is ready.
Customers may pay their invoice online prior to pickup or pay in person at the time of pickup.
Storage Fees
A $10 per week storage fee will apply to completed instruments that remain at the shop more than 21 days after the customer has been notified that the instrument is ready for pickup.
Storage fees will continue to accrue until the instrument is picked up.
If there are circumstances preventing timely pickup, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to discuss the situation and, where possible, make alternative arrangements.
Unclaimed Instruments
If an instrument remains at the shop for an extended period of time without communication from the customer, we will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer using the contact information provided at the time of service.
Instruments that remain unclaimed for an extended period may be subject to additional action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Customers remain responsible for all outstanding repair charges and applicable storage fees.
