Repair Warranty
We offer a 6 month repair warranty on services above our "Pro-Service". During this time we will fix any issues related to the craftsmanship of the repair. To qualify for the warranty we ask that you play test the instrument after it is finished. We want to make sure the instrument suits your preference and satisfaction.
We do not warranty repairs below our "Pro Service" and cannot offer refunds for repairs.
Product Warranty
We offer 14 day returns on most purchased items. The item(s) must be in their original packaging, with all included accessories, if applicable. The product(s) and packaging must not be damaged in any way. This applies to mouthpieces as well as other products.
In the event that damage was caused to the merchandise by misuse, or if any accidental damage occurred while the item(s) are in your possession, we reserve the right to deny the return, or a pro-rated return minus repair costs.
Mouthpiece Trials
Mouthpiece return Policy
We offer a 14 day trial period on plastic/hard rubber mouthpieces and 40 day trial period on metal mouthpieces. If for any reason you decide that it is not not the mouthpiece for you, you may return it. They must be in their original undamaged packaging, with all included accessories. In the case that you caused any damage to the merchandise by misuse, or if any accidental damage occurred during the time the Mouthpieces are in your possession, we reserve the ability to deny the return, or offer a pro-rated return minus the repair costs.
Non Refundable Items
Most of our products are fully refundable (so long as the item is still in a saleable condition.) However, we are unable to accept returns on reeds, mouthpiece cushions, and other single use items(that's gross). We cannot issue refunds for repairs. Second hand items and custom orders are final sale. Other final sale items will be listed as non-refundable.
Product Trials
We encourage you to try our products whenever possible! We offer a 14 day trial period for most items. The trial period will start once you have the product in your hands, whether you pickup in person or buy online. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs on trial items. After the items have been returned, they will be inspected and any items returned in the same condition as the day of sale may be refunded or exchanged. Items returned in a lesser condition will not be accepted.
Mouthpieces MUST be used with the supplied teeth cushion and protective guard. Mouthpieces with scratches from teeth or ligatures will be considered damaged(If it is damaged we can't sell it).
Exceptions to refunds and trials exist. If you caused any damage to the merchandise by misuse, or if any accidental damage occurred during the time the item(s) were in your possession, you will be issued a pro-rated refund, less the repair costs. In some cases, we may ship the instrument back to you, and no refund will be provided.
