Refund policy

Repair Warranty

We offer a 6 month repair warranty on services above our "Pro Service". During this time we will fix any issues related to the craftsmanship of the repair. To qualify for the warranty we ask that you play test the instrument after it is finished. We want to make sure the instrument suits your preference and satisfaction.

We do not warranty repairs below our "Pro Service" and cannot offer refunds for repairs.

 

Product warranty:

We offer 14 day returns/refunds on items purchased. The item(s) must be in their original undamaged
packaging, with all included accessories, if applicable, and must not be
damaged in any way. This applies to mouthpieces as well as other products.
In the case that you caused any damage to the merchandise by misuse, or if any accidental damage occurred during the time the instrument(s) are in your possession, we reserve the ability to deny the return, or offer a pro-rated return minus the repair costs.
