Refund policy

Repair Warranty

We do not offer refunds on repairs, maintenance, or labour services.

We maintain a craftsmanship guarantee for 30 days after completion of the repair. If there are adjustments needed on areas addressed, we will make the alterations at no additional cost.

Product warranty:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We reserve the right to deny a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with everything included, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. After recieving the return, we will either issue a full refund or partial refund minus repair cost.

Storage Policy

At the Wind Instrument Proshop, we understand that sometimes circumstances can make it difficult to pick up an instrument immediately after a repair or service. We are happy to hold completed instruments for a reasonable period of time; however, our shop has limited storage space, and timely pickup allows us to better serve all of our customers.

Pickup of Completed Instruments

Customers will be notified when their instrument is ready for pickup. Payment is due upon completion of the service and must be received before the instrument can be released. Completed instruments should be picked up within 21 days of the customer being notified that the instrument is ready. Customers may pay their invoice online prior to pickup or pay in person at the time of pickup.

Storage Fees

A $10 per week storage fee will apply to completed instruments that remain at the shop more than 21 days after the customer has been notified that the instrument is ready for pickup. Storage fees will continue to accrue until the instrument is picked up.

If there are circumstances preventing timely pickup, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to discuss the situation and, where possible, make alternative arrangements.

Unclaimed Instruments

If an instrument remains at the shop for an extended period of time without communication from the customer, we will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer using the contact information provided at the time of service.

Instruments that remain unclaimed for an extended period may be subject to additional action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Customers remain responsible for all outstanding repair charges and applicable storage fees.

If you anticipate being unable to pick up your instrument within the standard pickup period, please contact us. We understand that circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to work with you when possible.
