The rollover baffle transitions into a gradual floor slope that delivers the air column at a carefully calibrated angle — maximising projection and tonal depth without the brightness or edge that a more aggressive baffle introduces. The medium Venturi chamber contributes an evenness of tone through the registers that keeps the sound consistent from the bottom of the horn to the top. Nothing spreads, nothing thins out. The timbre stays centred and controlled wherever you are on the instrument.

The beak angle and body dimensions were also designed for embouchure comfort — a detail that matters on long gigs and extended rehearsals where fatigue accumulates.
