Every piece is milled from solid rod hard rubber to tight tolerances, so you're not sorting through a box hoping to find a good one. You order a D7 and you get a D7, every time.

The medium chamber sits in classic jazz territory — balanced and versatile, with enough warmth to work in a small group and enough presence to hold its own in a larger ensemble. Reed friendliness is one of the things players notice immediately: reeds that are slightly off still respond well, which matters on a gig where you don't always have time to sort through your reed case before downbeat.

D7 Marbled — New. The marbled finish hard rubber is a visually distinctive take on the classic Select Jazz design, with the same specs and performance as the standard model.
D7 Black (Second Hand) — Used, like-new condition. Comes with a mismatched box but plays exactly as it should. A straightforward way to get a serious jazz mouthpiece at a reduced price.
Both options feature a D7 tip opening and medium chamber facing. No ligature included.
