Babbitt Co. and then hand-finished with a CF+ or 3L facing and play-tested for optimal tone and response. It's not a stock mouthpiece dressed up with a designer name. The design is Fobes', and the finishing work is done to his professional standard.

The CF+ facing (1.00mm) is Fobes' closer, more resistant option — focused and controlled, with the tonal clarity and ease of response that works well for classical and orchestral playing across experience levels. The 3L (1.08mm) steps up in openness, giving players who want more room and dynamic range a slightly freer feel without moving into jazz territory.
